Refund and cancellation


1. Loan Application Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their loan application any time before the loan amount is disbursed.
  • Cancellation requests can be raised through the app or registered customer support channels.
  • Once the loan amount is disbursed, cancellation of the loan is not permitted.

2. Fees & Refund Eligibility

  • No charges or fees shall be collected from the borrower before loan disbursal, except where expressly permitted under applicable law.
  • If any amount is collected prior to disbursal and the loan is cancelled or not disbursed, such amount shall be refunded to the borrower, subject to applicable terms.
  • Processing fees, convenience fees, or similar charges, if charged post-disbursal as per the loan agreement, are non-refundable.
  • No refunds shall be applicable once the loan amount has been disbursed.

3. Loan Foreclosure / Prepayment

  • Borrowers may prepay or foreclose their loan at any time, as per the terms of the loan agreement.
  • Any applicable foreclosure or prepayment charges shall be clearly disclosed in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and loan agreement.
  • Interest accrued and charges already applied shall not be refunded.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds, if applicable, shall be credited to the borrower’s bank account through the original mode of payment.
  • Borrowers may be required to provide transaction or bank details to process the refund.

5. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in the borrower’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

6. Lending & Partnership Disclosure

  • Loans are offered and serviced by RBI-registered NBFCs/Banks.
  • The app acts as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) facilitating loan origination, servicing, and customer support.
  • All loan terms, fees, interest rates, and charges are transparently disclosed to the borrower before loan acceptance in the Key Fact Statement (KFS).
